In this blog, we will show you how we developed one of our glass and aluminum projects in SVD Tagaytay city.
Our client wants us (Adriano’s glass and aluminum services) to install new windows on one floor of a building within the said area.
What we will replace are the jalousie type windows because they are old and have many defects. It was agreed that we would replace the old windows with new sliding windows and awning type windows. In the said agreement, the color to be used is the brown or analok color of the aluminum and the color to be used for the glass panel is also brown.
Our project is on the third floor of the building. Although there is a bit of height and there is no elevator, it will be a challenge for our group, especially in lifting the materials to be used to the top of the third floor.
After our boss fixed the matters for the project and got the right dimensions of the window we immediately started buying the materials to be used in the said project.
Of course, the main materials we buy are the 900 profile series analok or brown aluminum, the aluminum consists of lockstile, interlocker, top and bottom rail for making window frames, And as for building the windows panel, we also bought jambs, sills, rubber, and of course screws will also be needed to connect the panels.
With the materials we needed complete we immediately assembled the window jambs and panels, then we followed the window frames, once we had the windows built we took them to site for installation. after we installed all the windows, we next bought the glass panes to be used from the supplier (E.R.A) and the glass color is the same color of the aluminum analok brown.
For those who don’t know, the glass is cut manually according to the size of the window frames and the glass cutter used is the diamond glass cutter and the so-called T-glass cutter. one by one we attached the cut glass to the window frames on site.
As I mentioned at the beginning of our blog, we only had a little difficulty there, lifting the glasses to the third floor, but because of the help and experience of our group, hauling the glasses up was not a problem.
Everything went well until we finished the installation, we are grateful for the help and support given to our group of companies working on the said project (thanks to the contractor in-charge).
